TechInvent AS is a Norwegian company established in 2008 with offices located in Norway's oil capital of Stavanger.
TechInvent AS is responsible for the invention and development of FluidCom™, a revolutionary chemical injection valve and metering controller for the petroleum industry. The FluidCom™ technology was established following many years of close development with the leading oil and gas company, Statoil, and has proven accuracy, reliability and cost saving features.
TechInvent AS is owned by the founder and inventor of FluidCom™, Alf Egil Stensen, Statoil Technology Invest AS, Aarbakke Innovation AS and Ipark AS. Other development partners include CMR Prototech, Westcontrol Electronics and Innovasjon Norge.
The company provides a game changing product that delivers reliable continuous chemical injection control, simplicity, reduced OPEX, real-time control and monitoring, less weight and a more efficient use of space and equipment.

Alf Egil Stensen - Owner / CEO
Alf Egil is the CEO and company founder of TechInvent AS. Alf Egil is also the inventor of the FluidCom™ technology and has extensive experience working with the design of chemical injection systems for oil and gas companies. Alf Egil also has several years of experience in Strategy and Operational Management positions in the supply chain, working at a national and international level within the oil and gas industry.
